LOT-Oriel Ltd launch the NEW CRi Nuance 2 Multispectral Imaging System - brightfield and fluorescence imaging

See us at 'Improving Immunohistochemistry' on 25th April 2008 at University of Westminster; LOT and CRi will be available at this event to discuss their range of biotechnology and imaging instrumentation including the new CRi Nuance 2.

The NEW Nuance™ 2 is a breakthrough system that converts any brightfield or fluorescent microscope into a multispectral imaging workstation. It can also be used for larger specimens, such as embryos, zebrafish, plants, or microtiter plates when mounted on a fluorescence macroscope.

The sleekly designed Nuance 2 features new analytical software that provides the user with enhanced spectral unmixing tools and more efficient CCD cooling for better low-light imaging. Spectral library building is now easier, using the Real Component Analysis™ (RCA) algorithm to automatically identify spectral signatures and the new Compute Spectra™ feature to properly identify true spectral signatures even when combined or overlapping.

Components:

  • Nuance multispectral imaging module
  • Software for multispectral acquisition and image processing
  • Computer system optimized for image acquisition and processing
  • Large, high-resolution LCD Monitor
  • Optional macro-imaging lens assembly
