Toll2008 will be the third international meeting on Toll-like receptors and brings together some of the most prominent contributors to the field of innate immunity. Again, while advances in TLRs will be a prominent issue, there will be quite a bit of time devoted to non-TLR mechanisms of innate immune activation including discussions of NOD-like receptors, RNA helicases and cytosoloic DNA sensors.
